  • A clear, recent, unfiltered photo of you is required to book.
  • Your deposit is a nonrefundable retainer. It comes off your total and is not returned.
  • Cancel or move with at least 24 hours notice, and you get one transfer.
  • Ten minutes late and the appointment is canceled, not shortened.
  • No call and no show means the deposit is forfeited and the service charged in full.

Because clients come to her space, she looks at the handle or photo you sent before accepting. If she cannot accept the booking, your deposit is sent straight back in full.

How It Works

Three steps. No back and forth.

No messaging back and forth to find an hour. You take the time yourself, and she confirms it once your deposit lands.

Glam in the studio, or a conversation on Zoom if you are building your own kit.

Hold It With A Deposit
Select your day and hour and it is held for you straight away. Pay the deposit by card and your time is locked in on the spot, or send it by Zelle with the reference code you are given.

Arrive Ready
Your confirmation and everything you need follow by email. Glam comes with the studio address, a conversation comes with a Zoom link.
Booking Rules

Know this before you book.

Thirteen rules, written plainly. Nothing here is a surprise charge. It is written down so we both know what we agreed to.

i
Send a photo when you book
A clear, recent, unfiltered photo of you, or your Instagram or TikTok handle, is required before a first booking is accepted. Clients come to my space, so I check every new booking. You only do this once. It is never posted anywhere.

The deposit is a nonrefundable retainer
It secures your appointment and comes off your service total. Once paid it is not returned. The only exception is a first booking I cannot accept after verification, which is refunded in full.

One reschedule, with enough notice
You can transfer your appointment once if you give sufficient notice, and your deposit moves with you to the new time.

Cancel with at least 24 hours notice
Anything later than that is treated as a late cancellation and the deposit is not returned.

Ten minutes late and the appointment is canceled
There is a ten minute grace period. Past it the appointment is canceled rather than shortened, because it cannot run into the next person's time.

No call, no show is charged in full
If you do not arrive and do not message, the deposit is forfeited and the service is charged in full.

Arrive with a clean, makeup free face
Come with nothing on your skin. It is the difference between a full treatment and spending your appointment removing makeup.

Tell me about your skin and your health
Sensitivities, allergies, infections, open wounds, anything active. Some of it changes what is safe to do, and none of it changes whether you are welcome.

No extra guests unless approved first
Please come on your own unless you have cleared it with me beforehand.

I can refuse service
I reserve the right to refuse any situation that is unsafe, unsanitary, threatening, or inappropriate.

Photos and content are a separate yes
Your images are only used on social media or in my portfolio if you give permission for it. That permission is asked for on its own, and you can say no and still book.

Completed services are not refunded
Makeup services are generally nonrefundable once they have been completed.

Booking changes come through one channel
Any change to your appointment has to go through my official booking contact. Messages sent anywhere else may not reach me in time.
